More than 80% of food industry side-streams are wasted or discarded, missing the opportunity to be transformed into valuable, high-quality ingredients. Hubcycle unlocks this potential through advanced data sourcing, biochemistry analysis, and precise matchmaking. Their end-to-end solution efficiently upcycles these by-products into valuable ingredients, enhancing both sustainability and efficiency in the food industry. Applied to over 70 products, Hubcycle’s process saves 10 tons of CO2 for every ton of upcycled side-streams, making a significant contribution to a more sustainable future.
