Andrew Hoyland

Fund Operations Manager

Andrew joined ETF Partners as Fund Operations Manager in 2025.

Previously, he worked as an Associate in the Portfolio, Data and Analytics team at a PE Secondaries firm where he spent 3 years working on portfolio monitoring, data analysis and operations.

Outside of work Andrew enjoys music, sport and walking his two miniature dachshunds usually to a nearby vineyard.

Andrew holds a master’s degree in Chemistry from the University of St Andrews where he spent his placement year working on hydrogen fuel cells in Trondheim, Norway.

What do you believe is the most important issue that needs to be solved over the next 10 years?

A

Sadly, the whole world is not pulling in the same direction on climate change, and this makes the already difficult challenge of reducing emissions even harder. With this in mind, those of us who are fighting against climate change need to look to new technologies which can reduce already emitted greenhouse gases, thus enabling us to compensate for those still polluting.

Our experience, network and rich history means that we spot the investment opportunities others miss.
