AIPERIA’s AI-powered planning platform is tackling the €13bn annual loss in retail revenues and 32m tons of CO2 emissions caused by food waste in Europe. By leveraging over 150 influencing factors, their solution reduces waste by 30% on average, increases sales by 4%, and saves 90% of planning time.
