Beams is tackling a crucial challenge in the UK housing market, where 70% of 28M homes have poor energy ratings. Their platform combines AI-powered design tools, precise cost estimation, and a vetted contractor network to make renovations simpler and more sustainable. Early results are impressive, with projects delivered within 2% of estimates and customers achieving 12% reduction in energy costs.
