New Worldsensing Chair on IoT at the University of Barcelona

We are incredibly proud of the role our portfolio companies play in delivering groundbreaking research and technological innovation to help create a more sustainable world.
And today, we are delighted to share that our portfolio company Worldsensing has partnered with Universitat de Barcelona to create a new position of a chair for the technological development of IoT.
This new chair consolidates the collaboration Worldsensing has maintained with the university since its foundation in 2008, and will allow the implementation of different initiatives developing teaching, knowledge, research, development and innovation such as:
♻️ Joint research projects addressing key technological challenges in the IoT field
♻️ A technical laboratory with Worldsensing experts in the facilities of the Faculty of Physics
♻️ Joint organisation of national and international meetings with experts in the area of IoT
